To secure your boarding dates, we require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking. Full payment is due at pick up with no exceptions. 

We require 72 hours notice of a cancellation to receive a refund. Refunds have a 10% service fee to cover administration and POS fees. Credits can be added to your account to avoid the 10% service fee. 

Cancellations of less than 72 hours or no shows are non-refundable.

BC long weekends require a minimum 2-night stay. You can book for a single night, but fees will reflect a 2-night stay regardless of pick-up time on the departure date.

Winter holiday bookings are any booking dates that fall on or between December 20th and January 2nd. During that time there is a minimum 5-night booking. You can book a shorter stay, but the fees will reflect a 5-night stay regardless of departure date or pick-up time on the departure date.

The 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and payment in full is due by December 1. 

Cancellations to holiday bookings require 2 weeks advance notice to qualify for a refund. Refunds carry a 10% service fee or can be credited to account to avoid the administration and POS fees. 

Cancellations made after December 1 up to the 2-week mark are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Cancellations that happen within 2 weeks of the booking have no refund available.

We are happy to accommodate senior dogs (10+ years of age) who are in good health with no hidden fees for any additional care or attention they require. 

New senior dogs, or senior dogs who have not boarded with us within the year, do require a meet and greet. From the meet and greet we can ensure we develop a care plan appropriate for them. From there we may request trial daycare days and/or a trial over night stay to determine if they are a good fit for the boarding facility.

We do reserve the right to refuse senior dogs who may not be a good fit for traditional dog boarding. Despite all our best efforts, care and attention boarding for dogs comes with a level of stress that can be detrimental to older dogs. Senior dogs are more sensitive to changes in routines. The hustle and bustle of the boarding facility and daycare programing can be too much on some seniors. We want to make sure every and all dogs in our care are comfortable and relaxed. 

Rest assured though some seniors thrive in the environment, and we never judge a dog on their age! Once approved as a senior guest you can be sure there will be no hidden fees for administration of medication, the use of our mobility assists if they are required, or any additional bedding they need to stay extra cozy during their stay. 

For new dogs needing to book for 7 or more days we require a meet and greet in the form of a minimum half day daycare stay. From the trial daycare stay we can assess your dogs needs and temperament and ensure we are set up for success during their longer boarding stay. From that trial day we may request additional daycare days or a trial overnight ahead of the long-term stay. 

We reserve the right to refuse any dog for behavioral concerns that may pose a risk to our staff. Human aggressive dogs are not accepted in to boarding. We must be able to enter their suite, move them through the facilities and be comfortable there is no bite risk. 

We reserve the right to refuse any dog who displays stress levels that may impact their health during a long-term stay. 

We are more than happy to work with both animals and owners in assuring they are well prepared and suited to boarding. Our staff has many strategies and use positive reinforcement to adjust our guests to their new environment. Some guests are naturals, and some require a bit more practice before their long-term stays. We want to ensure all our guests are comfortable, relaxed, and healthy during their time with us.
