PRE-BOARDING CHECK LIST

• Register as a user on our home page and request the date's you are interested in.
• Call our office to chat directly with a reservation specialist.

Once we receive your request for dates a confirmation e-mail will be sent to confirm if your dates are available. Payment information for your deposit will be included in that e-mail.

• Upload to your on-line profile
• Call your vet's office and ask for them to be forwarded
• Stop in and say hi with a hard copy

*PLEASE NOTE - Vaccinations are the owners responsibility and pets without current vaccination records can not be accepted in to the facility. 

If you want to see the kennels please contact one of our reservation specialists to book a tour. Tours are by appointment only and there are limited time spots available as to not disturb the current guests in our care. 

*PLEASE NOTE - Tour dates are limited and need to be booked in advance. Renovations are beginning spring 2023 which may impact the availability of tours. We appreciate your patience! 

We highly recommend first time boarders book one to two trial daycare days ahead of their boarding dates. This gives your pet the opportunity to get familiar with our facility and lets our team members get familiar with your pet to ensure we are set up to provide them with the least stressful stay as possible. It also helps that your pet recognizes you will be coming back! 

Things we recommend you bring:

• A comfort item from home - blanket, bed, pillow. Something that can be left with them over night that smells like home.
• A favorite toy you trust them with overnight. 
• Enough food for their stay - plus a little extra just incase! We can accommodate all food types with fridge and freezer storage available.
• Some of their favorite treats. 

Things you don't need to bring:

• Food/water bowls - we have dishes designed for our sanitation process in a variety of sizes and feeder styles.
• Extra large beds or kennels - keep in mind storage per kennel is limited.
• Anything of value or that is irreplaceable - even at the best of times kennel stress can result in unusual chewing  or marking.
